Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Daughters of Summer! If you have any questions about your order, or if you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at: 

We have a 21-day return policy. Returns must be received within 21 days of receipt of the order.  

For domestic United States returns, please contact us and we will provide a pre-paid return label for you.  

Returns are available for international orders, however unfortunately we will not be able to provide pre-paid return labels. To return merchandise, please ship to:

Please include a copy of the packing list with the shipment. We will not accept returned items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or washed and in order to accept the returned item the hygienic liner and tags must remain intact as originally shipped to the customer. 

Upon receipt of goods, reserves the right to deny refund of the merchandise if it does not meet our policy requirements and if it is outside the 21-day grace period. If merchandise is received outside of grace period, then merchandise will be automatically returned to the customer.  

Order Changes or Cancellation 

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. Please refer back to our Return Policy once you receive your order if you wish to make a return. If you wish to exchange an item to a different size, color or style, then a return must be made for the item you wish to exchange, which we will issue a refund for you if it meets our policy requirements, and then a new order must be placed with our online store for the new item. 

Damaged or Faulty Orders 

If in the unlikely case that merchandise was received damaged, has defects or was sent with the incorrect item, please email customer support as soon as possible along with photos of the incorrect items or damaged or defective items when contacting us, and we will resolve the issue and provide a return label. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

If your package shows that it was delivered but you have not received your order, please contact customer support. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue. 


Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt of the returned items at our warehouse, and refunds are issued to the form of payment which the order was originally made. 

Final Sale Items 

We do not accept returns or refunds on final sale items, even if the final sale item was purchased as a gift. If you have any questions regarding sizing and fit for gift purchases, please reach out to us for help.
